These Terms of Use govern access to this page and the use of ESSA Digital's website development services on WordPress, Laravel, and Laravel + Next.js. By contacting us via the inquiry form or any messenger and ordering development work, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this page or ordering our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use this page or submit an inquiry.

2. Description of services

ESSA Digital provides custom website development services:

  • WordPress development — business sites, landing pages, and blogs on custom design.
  • Laravel development — web applications with custom business logic, client dashboards, and integrations.
  • Laravel + Next.js development — headless solutions for projects with high speed and load requirements.

3. Ordering process and payment

Work begins with a free brief, after which we prepare a proposal with a fixed price and an estimated timeline for the chosen scope of work. The prices shown on this page are starting prices for the base scope of each package; the final cost is locked in the proposal and does not change during development unless the agreed scope does.

Payment is made according to the terms agreed in the proposal — typically an upfront payment before work starts and a final payment upon project delivery. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise and do not include taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

4. Changes to scope

If a need arises during development to expand or change the agreed scope of work, we agree on this in writing, specifying the impact on price and timeline.

5. Refund policy

The upfront payment can be fully refunded if work has not yet started. If work has already started, payment for the work actually completed is non-refundable; only the portion of the upfront payment corresponding to work not yet performed is refunded. Exact refund terms for a specific project are set out in the proposal.

6. Intellectual property and code ownership

Once payment for the project is fully settled, all rights to the developed code and full repository access transfer to you. Until payment is fully settled, rights to the code belong to ESSA Digital. The ESSA Digital brand, logo, and materials used during the work remain the property of ESSA Digital.

7. Technical support

Every package includes a period of technical support after launch — from 1 to 6 months depending on the package. Support covers bug fixes, security updates, and operational advice. After this period ends, support can be extended under a separate agreement.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use our services to create or distribute illegal content, malicious software, spam, or any activity that violates the laws of the country in which you are located.

9. Limitation of liability

Services are provided with professional diligence. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from the use of the developed site, except as expressly required by law or agreed in the proposal.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll announce material changes on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of this page after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and where agreement cannot be reached, in accordance with applicable law.
