2. What data we collect

  • Contact details — name, email or phone, the package you're interested in, and your project description, when you fill out the inquiry form on this page or message us on WhatsApp/Viber/Telegram/email.
  • Project and payment data — technical brief details, the agreed scope of work, billing details for invoicing (processed by a payment provider or bank; we do not store card numbers).
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages you viewed — collected automatically via cookies with your consent.

3. Why we process data

  • To perform a contract — processing your inquiry, preparing a proposal, developing and delivering the project, providing technical support for the period included in your package.
  • With your consent — analytics on how visitors use this page.
  • Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, improving communication quality.
  • Legal obligations — accounting and tax reporting.

4. Cookies

We use three categories of cookies:

  • Essential — enable basic page functionality (e.g., remembering your language choice). Cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the page. Activated only with your consent.
  • Marketing — used to show relevant ads on other platforms. Also require separate consent.

5. How long we keep data

Inquiry form data is kept for 12 months from your last contact, unless it turns into a project. Active project data is kept for the duration of development and the technical support period included in your package, plus 3 years for accounting purposes. Analytics data is anonymized after 14 months.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with a limited set of partners necessary for the service to work:

  • Form processing service (Web3Forms) — to deliver your form submission to our email.
  • Payment providers or banks — for invoicing and receiving payment for the project.
  • Analytics services — only with your consent to analytics cookies.

7. Your rights under GDPR

If you are located in the EU or the UK, you have the right to:

  • Get a copy of your personal data (right of access)
  • Correct inaccurate data (right to rectification)
  • Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
  • Restrict processing in certain cases
  • Receive your data in a machine-readable format (right to data portability)
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing

8. Data security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data — encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), restricted employee access to personal data, and regular infrastructure security audits.

9. International data transfers

Since our clients and team work from Ukraine, Poland, and other countries, some data may be processed outside the EEA. In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection through contractual safeguards that comply with GDPR requirements.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll announce material changes on this page and, if you have an active project, by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
